Delivery

- The products are delivered to the shipping address that you specified during the ordering process.
- We’ll send you an email with a parcel number so you can track your shipment like a detective.
- If it’s fashionably late, don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated!
- If your package decides to take a detour, we’ll also let you know.
- In the event of an extreme delay, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.
- If your order includes pre-ordered items, we’ll ship everything together when all items are in stock—because no one likes waiting for the last piece of the puzzle.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the delivery address.
- Customs clearance costs and taxes are the charge of the customer when shipping by DHL.
- Rates are calculated based on your delivery address and cannot be modified.
