Introduction
- Buckle up, because this is where we lay down the rules for how we supply our awesome products from www.3joygames.com.
- Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site.
- By placing an order, you’re saying, “Yes, I agree to these terms!” If not, well, don’t hit that “Order” button.
Your Status
- You’re legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You’re at least 18 years old (and still have that youthful spark).
Risk and Title
- The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
- Ownership, however, transfers only after we’ve received full payment, including delivery charges.
Order and Contract
- Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order means you want to buy our Product, but the contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch your product.
- The Contract will relate only to those Products we dispatch.
Price and Payment
- If the correct price is lower than what we charged, we’ll correct it.
- If it’s higher, we might call you to discuss or just cancel the order.
- We won’t sell at an obvious mistake price, even if you’ve got a “Dispatch Confirmation” from us.
- All transactions are in euros (because who doesn’t love a little Euro flair?).
- Product rates are based on the rates at the time of ordering.
- Products stay with us until you pay up. Yep, that’s how it works.
Import Duty
Ordering from outside the EU? For international deliveries, you’re the importer, so expect customs duties and local taxes—these aren’t on us! Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these costs, so check with your local authorities.
Availability
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we’ll let you know by email ASAP. If your account was charged, we’ll cancel the order and refund you.
Events Outside Our Control
If something out of our control happens—like an alien invasion or a zombie apocalypse—our performance will be suspended. We’ll try to overcome it or find a workaround. But, we don’t promise superpowers. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance.
Waiver
If we ever decide not to strictly enforce the rules in our agreement or choose not to use a specific right we’re entitled to, that doesn’t mean the rules no longer apply. You’re still responsible for following them. Even if we let something slide once, that doesn’t mean it’s a free pass for the future. And if we do agree to waive something, it’ll only count if we clearly say so in writing. A waiver must be explicitly stated in writing.
Severability
If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. (Lemme simplify it for you: If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest will still stand. We won’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch.)
Our Right to Vary Terms
We may revise or update these terms from time to time. You’ll be subject to the terms in effect when you order, unless we tell you otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content on our sites are reserved under copyright law, as well as intellectual property rights, and this for the whole world—so please don’t steal it! That’s texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced. Use it for personal enjoyment only. To rephrase, any reproducing, adapting, or selling is strictly prohibited.
Liability
- We can’t be held responsible for internet hiccups or tech troubles and in particular for technical performance and response times when consulting, querying or transferring data.
- Protect your data at all times.
- We’re not liable for issues beyond our control.
- Also, 3joygames isn’t liable for any local legal issues with product delivery.
- Photos are for illustration—refer to product descriptions for real details. If there’s a big mistake in product specs, we won’t be held liable.
